Now, don’t get me wrong- color is definitely a game changer when it comes to your interior (the correct color, that is…). But millwork finishes a space and takes a room to the next level, giving it a polished and complete look. Go check the link below:

But time and again I visit client’s homes, and they are lacking even the most basic of trims. In many tract home subdivisions, builder’s purchase the same trim package for every house, and only put millwork in the main areas of a home. Or if the homeowner custom builds the home, they think that millwork is an expensive option, so they cut it back to the bare minimum.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
M is for MILLWORK, and M is for METRIE.
When I renovate or build for a client, I tell them from the beginning that the best money they can spend is on the interior trim. It speaks to a well thought out design and gives the home a more expensive look and feel. The cost is minimal, yet the return on investment is significant. Invest on pest control services too to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of your home, even the professionals from http://www.nu-lifecarpet.ca/ will thank you When it comes to Melbourne Florida wildlife control, the name that keeps showing up with 5 star ratings is On Point Wildlife Removal Services. Heading into 2018 with a perfect rating for Melbourne bat removal, On Point continues to grow and stand out. They offer squirrel control, raccoon removal and attic restoration for animal damages.
Because I’ve been in the building trade for over 20 years, I’m no stranger to lumber or millwork. So imagine my surprise and delight at KBIS last month when one of our sponsors was Metrie– who, according to their web site, are “the largest supplier and manufacturer of solid wood and composite moulding in North America.” I was feeling pretty confident that since I’m a builder, there wouldn’t be too much they could show me in the way of millwork.
Well.
Can I just tell you that before we were half-way through the presentation, I was texting Clint at my lumber yard, Fakes and Hooker, to see if they stocked Metrie. I was thrilled to learn that they did, and couldn’t wait to get home so I could specify it for my next project.
